Apparently, Johnny Depp has abandon his good boy ways and good wine altogether and is indulging in harder liquor once again in his life, at least does are the speculations. Friends close to the eccentric and talented actor are becoming concern with Johnny Depp‘s behavior and wonder if he’s headed for rehab. In fact, they feel that he should seek professional help.

Speculations and worry started spurring on Oct. 8 when Johnny Depp and some buddies had an evening filled with rum and cokes at the 25 Degrees, a Los Angeles Cafe. As Johnny Depp was exiting the hip spot he came crashing down onto the pavement along with one of his friends. He finally, got a grip and lifted his drunken body off the ground and dragged it into the car that was waiting for him. (He did seem plastered, it’s actually pretty hilarious.)

An eyewitness of the incident on Oct. 8 says that Johnny Depp already seemed intoxicated when he waltzed inside 25 Degrees. He sat at a booth with his pals in which he proceeded to order drinks.

The eyewitness, a waitress stated: “He had about seven or eight rum and cokes. Johnny got pretty toasted and became a little raucous, sometimes raising his voice.” She also, said that by the end of the evening he was slurring words.

“Oh my God, can you believe it, Johnny Depp had a few drinks with some friends and raise his voice?” What horror! People should really chill out and stop jumping the gun. For all we know, he was having a good time and sometimes when people are having fun and drinks they tend to speak a little louder. Really, what’s the big deal?

Well, according to a source: “It appears Johnny is back to his old hell-raising ways.” I suppose people are thinking the worse since Johnny Depp had a rather wild past that included some vices that sometimes when abused can be harmful. Johnny Depp was a heavy drinker especially in the mid 90′s while he dated, super model: Kate Moss.

Johnny Depp admitted in 2007 that “alcoholism had once nearly ended his career.” Perhaps, that might have been true once upon a time, but is it true now? I personally, highly doubted. Maybe he’s just a tad stressed out, maybe he’s going through a bit of a mid life crises and is drinking a little more than close friends and family are accustomed to. But most likely its just a phase and he’ll work through it.

Johnny Depp has been so good for so long. Doesn’t he deserve the benefit of the doubt? Can’t he have a month or a day of weakness?

When someone as successful and talent filled as Johnny Depp is faced with this speculations and doubt, it’s time to take inventory of the people around them and their intentions.

When we thought we couldn’t love Brad Pitt for being more human than other celebs he comes out with another quote to convince us he’s really just like the rest of us, minus the list of super successful movies he’s starred in.

Pitt, sits down with PEOPLE and when asked about being a parent he replied “Not like I’m a horrible parent, but I’ve certainly made mistakes and had to make up for it.”

Pitt also says he wants to let his six kids with partner Angelina Jolie learn to be themselves. “I want to keep them free to explore that innocence as long as possible and find out what’s really interesting to them,” he says. “I just don’t want to encumber them in any way.”

The 35 year old David Beckham has been ordered to pay $272,000 in legal costs to “In Touch” magazine executives who published several allegations that Beckham had cheated on his wife Victoria, with former prostitute Irma Nici. Who has stated that she has had a relationship with Beckham in the fall of 2010, and in 2007 in New York and London.

When the story was originally released, Beckham had immediately contracted a $25 million libel suit which later he had dismissed.

Flattus Maximus guitarist of Heavy Metal band: GWAR was found dead this morning in the band’s tour bus that was traveling into Canada after their most recent show in Minneapolis. It seems as though he died in his sleep. However, the cause of death is unknown at the time and it might remain unknown forever.he was only 34 years old.

The fact that no one really knows much about him to begin with leads me to believe that fellow band members will concoct some outlandish story about the guitarist just to keep his shenanigans alive. Maybe they’ll say that Flattus Maximus (Cory Smoot) smoked himself after finding out that his flesh was actual hemp. No one except maybe band members know anything about him. He never revealed much and he mostly remained in character/costume.

GWAR has been around since 1984 and forever sustaining a loyal fan base of their gruesome shows and creative and demonically, wicked, horror and Science fiction inspired, elaborate costumes. Performances with buckets of fake blood and rather graphic accompanied by their obscene, sometimes even funny lyrics. They slaughtered and dismembered cheesy celebrities and politicians on slaves. (Of course they weren’t real, duh!)

In an interview in 1997 Flattus Maximus disclosed he came from a planet named Pot and his planet was made entirely of Cannabis. He destroyed his planet by smoking it all into extinction. Obviously, these were things he would say for shock value and maybe to be funny. But the fact of the matter is that his birth name and place of birth and any other minor detail of his life are unknown.

The only thing that was apparent about Flattus Maximus (Cory Smoot) was that he had a bit of southern accent which also, could have been made up just to throw people off. There’s never been any rumors of drug abuse or anything of that nature, though due to the planet he came from and that he ultimately destroyed it’s safe to assume that he smoked quite a bit of pot.

All that aside, his band mates are truly besides themselves and shocked with his untimely and surprising death. So much indeed that the mastermind and singer of the the band: David Brockie gave a touching and certainly out of character “literally” this mornin

He stated: “It is with a sense of profound loss and tragedy that the members of GWAR must announce the passing of their long time guitarist and beloved friend Cory Smoot,  also known to thousands of metal fans worldwide as Flattus Maximus.  Cory was found deceased this morning as the band prepared for a border crossing.  There is no word as to the cause of death and the members of GWAR are completely shocked and devastated that this has occurred.  At this point there is no word on arrangements and the disposition of the remainder of GWAR’s current North American tour, nor are there any details regarding long term plans.  At this point we are just dealing with the loss of our dear friend and brother, one of the most talented guitar players in metal today.  We ask that our fans and the media be respectful of our request for privacy for those that have suffered this terrible loss.  A full statement will be coming in the next day or so, in the meantime please give your thoughts and your prayers to Cory, his family, and all the people that love him.”

This is really sad and though I was never really a fan of the band as a kid I truly enjoyed watching their gory videos and watching them in costume, they were really something else. GWAR is one of a kind. Will it ever be the same without Flattus Maximus?

CHRISTOPHER Chaney, the 35-year-old hacker who accessed the phones of Scarlett Johansson and other Hollywood celebrities recently confessed to his hacking addiction.

He admitted to how he got hooked in an interview for a news station in Jacksonville, Florida. “It started as a curiosity,” he said. “It happened and snowballed. … I just didn’t know how to stop doing it.”

His victims total more than 50, including Christina Aguilera and Mila Kunis. He is now charged with 26 counts of hacking, aggravated identity theft, and wiretapping, and faces a maximum of 121 years in federal prison if convicted.
