Jo Yu-ri and Son Ye-jin are set to star in a new Netflix series together!
The streamer just announced that the Squid Game and Crash Landing On You stars will team up for a new series called Variety, set in the world of K-pop, according to Variety.

Yu-ri will star as an obsessive fan who will do whatever it takes to meet her favorite idol, while Ye-jin will play an entertainment executive risking everything to revive an idol group she personally created.
Variety comes from the creator of Mask Girl, Kim Yong-hoon, and “aims to examine the complex dynamics between industry executives and fans.”
If you didn’t know, Yu-ri is actually also a singer and was a part of the South Korean-Japanese girl group Iz*One, which was together from 2018-2021.
