Charli xcx married George Daniel, guitarist for The 1975, over the weekend in an intimate ceremony at London’s Hackney Town Hall, attended by a few friends and departures.
The two, who have been linked for some time, appeared happy and smiling. For the intimate wedding, Charli xcx did not give up on style and her wedding dress reflected it in full. For the big day, the popstar chose a silk mini dress by Vivienne Westwood with bare shoulders and corset-like bodice, completing the look with white pumps by Jimmy Choo, a classic tulle veil and a bouquet of white flowers. The brat touch? After leaving the venue, she sported a pair of massive black sunglasses.

Some have noticed that Charli’s dress closely resembles the one worn by Demi Lovato for her wedding earlier this year. The difference is, in fact, only in the length: short for Charli, long for Demi. Both Vivienne Westwood.
To make sure his look matched his partner’s and leave nothing to chance, meanwhile, the groom pinned on his double-breasted jacket a huge white boutonnière composed of the same flowers as the bride’s bouquet. Forgoing the tie, the guitarist wore a neutral-toned shirt for the ceremony.
