“There’s no one making a bigger splash in real estate than Ryan Serhant.”
He will work out of the company’s office in his hometown of Jupiter, Fla., which opened in 2024.
His local business, Image 1 Construction, was featured in the series Going Home with Tyler Cameron. The show featured him renovating homes in the city while restoring his late mother’s house.
“I’m always looking up properties, trying to find the next property for myself,” he explained. “And then my friends started hitting me up like, ‘Hey Tyler, can you help me find a property?’”
“It just hit me one day. I was like, ‘Why don’t I just do this?’ So I was like, ‘I’m going to get my license.’ I had a conversation with Ryan. We had breakfast one day, and Ryan was like, ‘You would crush it in this industry. You need to get your license, and we need to get to this.’”
Ryan also spoke on Tyler‘s addition to the team, saying he “is a real estate strategist and entrepreneur.”
“They have brands and they’re as much creators as they are salespeople holding open houses. I’ve known Tyler for a long time. Deep down, he’s a great guy. He is a good person, he’s an incredibly hard worker, and he understands our business. He’s been doing flips, he’s been doing investments, he’s got a great reputation. And he’s in a market that we are very, very active in. And I think he’ll be a great addition to our army.”
“When you are an agent and you’re helping people buy and sell homes, people aren’t coming to you to buy a home. They’re coming to you to buy a home from you,” Ryan added of Tyler‘s fame. “So your ability to build a platform and brand awareness goes a long, long way in our business.”
Tyler also noted that his mom was a real estate agent and his dad was a general contractor.
“She was an incredible agent down here, and it’s a cool way to honor her. I have these saved letters from people that have worked with her about just how unbelievable she was with customer care,” he said.
“She’d say, ‘Oh, I’m taking so-and-so to the doctors.’ I’d go, ‘Mom, you already sold the house. You don’t have to do all these chores for these people anymore. They have families, I imagine.’ But she just loved taking care of the people. And I find myself to be like that. I’m a people person. I want to help people out, and I feel like there’s no better way to do that than helping them find their house and making sure they’re comfortable and it’s the right house for them.”
