Pam Anderson and Liam Neeson are not interested in quashing those romance rumors. And you know what? Good for them. If Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell have taught us anything, it’s that a little flirting can go a long way—at least in terms of stirring up press for your new film.
Anderson and Neeson gave the public what they wanted at the July 22 premiere of The Naked Gun, a reboot of the 1980s slapstick-film franchise: There were lots of loving, lingering gazes into each other’s eyes, some adorably awkward prom posing, and even a couple of pecks on the cheek (Anderson to Neeson).

Though they both looked handsome in their red-carpet looks, Anderson’s strapless plum Rodarte gown won her the title of belle of the ball. In keeping with her recent less-is-more attitude toward glam, the actor appeared bare-faced, though her blonde bob was perfectly set in Marilyn Monroe–esque waves. She was spare with the accessories, too, pairing the gown with sparkling drop earrings and nothing else.
Pam Anderson and Liam Neeson first set the rumor mill into motion last fall when they gave interviews about their experiences collaborating on The Naked Gun.
“With Pamela, first off, I’m madly in love with her,” Neeson told People. “She’s just terrific to work with. I can’t compliment her enough, I’ll be honest with you. No huge ego. She just comes in to do the work. She’s funny and so easy to work with. She’s going to be terrific in the film.”
Not to be out-praised, Anderson called Neeson “the perfect gentleman” in the same interview, adding, “He brings out the best in you…with respect, kindness and depth of experience. It was an absolute honor to work with him.”
