Vanessa Hudgens announced her second pregnancy earlier this month—and she’s already putting her own unique, bohemian spin on summer maternity wear. In a new Instagram post, the High School Musical actress shared some snaps from a recent getaway to Nobu Hotel Los Cabos in Mexico. In the photos, she proved that boho chic and maternity wear are a match made in heaven.
In one photos, she showed off her bump in a brown string bikini, which she paired with an array of boho accessories: a stack of off-white chunky bangles, a disc pendant, a straw hat with shells detailing, oversized sunglasses, and chunky silver rings. In another photo, Hudgens threw on a sheer ruffled cover-up over the bikini, and, in a video, she showed off an oversized straw tote bag by Prada.

So far, Hudgens’ second pregnancy has been defined by a commitment to this summery boho chic style. For her announcement, Hudgens wore a bohemian white two-piece comprised of a frilly, flowy maxi skirt and a matching top, which she wore open revealing her growing bump below. “Round two!!!!,” Hudgens captioned the announcement post.

Hudgens and her husband Cole Tucker tied the knot in Mexico in 2023 after meeting during the pandemic. Hudgens revealed that she was pregnant with her first child while wearing a form-fitting black dress at the 2024 Oscars and, in July 2024, the pair welcomed their first child, a daughter. The couple have chosen to keep her name and birth date private.

Earlier this year, Hudgens reflected on her motherhood journey so far with an Instagram post for Mother’s Day. “Becoming a mother has been the hardest, most exhausting but also incredibly fulfilling and joyous chapter of my life,” she wrote alongside an image of her first pregnancy. “I couldn’t be more grateful for my little family. Happy Mother’s Day to all who’ve done their time or are in the grind. The power mamas hold is truly supernatural and I admire us all 🥰❤️💪🏽.”
