Dylan Dreyer and her estranged husband Brian Fichera are managing their co-parenting dynamic well.
On Sunday, July 27, the meteorologist, 43, shared pictures from her family golf outing with her son Calvin, 8, and Fichera, 38. In the Instagram post, Dreyer included a selfie with her and her son as well as another picture with her, the 8-year-old and her estranged husband. The boy mom ended the post with a snap of the scorecard, showing that the mother-son duo narrowly beat Fichera.
“Figured out how to do better at @acchampionship …team up with Calvin for a best ball!” the proud mom said. “My buddy gets to join us on the course now!”

The Today host, who also serves as the co-anchor of the third hour, shared the news of her separation from Fichera on July 18 via Instagram. Dreyer and Fichera were married for 12 years and share three sons together: Russell, 3, Oliver, 5, and Calvin. The pair first met while working at the same local Boston news station before tying the knot in 2012.
“For many years, I have shared my family with you all — the highs and lows, the ups and downs, and all of the blessings and beautiful memories in between,” she wrote in her post. “I am incredibly grateful for the support and love you’ve given me through it all. For that reason, I want to share with you that a few months ago, Brian and I made the decision to separate.”
Though Dreyer said she and Fichera have been separated for some time, she noted that they’re splitting amicably and are committed to coparenting their boys.
“We began as friends, and we will remain the closest of friends. Most importantly, we will continue to co-parent our three wonderful boys together with nothing but love and respect for one another,” she wrote, before concluding her message by saying, “Thank you as always for your support.”
A source also told PEOPLE, “Dylan and Brian remain best friends, and they are committed to co-parenting and putting their three children first.”

The estranged couple appears to be navigating the transition into co-parenting with ease. The family spent the Fourth of July holiday together, with Dreyer posting pictures of their outing to the Macy’s fireworks special, which she hosts for NBC.
Fichera also joined Dreyer on her recent trip to the American century golf championships in Lake Tahoe, where he served as her caddy. The two have always had a shared love of golf — Fichera even bought Dreyer her first set of clubs when they were newly dating.
“Golf is the thing we do together,” Dreyer previously told Today.com in 2023. “We have a couple of drinks, we laugh.”
