New details about Kelley Wolf’s recent arrest are coming to light.
According to documents from Summit County Sheriff’s Office obtained by PEOPLE on August 28, the Real World: New Orleans alum, 48, is still in jail after being booked for suspicion of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information two days prior. Per the report, Kelley’s husband, actor Scott Wolf, called police citing harassment.
“The complainant and victim reported receiving multiple text messages from his wife, Kelley Wolf, with whom he is going through a divorce,” the incident report reads.

The responding officer stated that he was with Scott when he picked up a call from Kelley and put it on speakerphone.
When he answered, “no one responded” to Scott’s multiple attempts to communicate with the person on the other line, so he hung up, per a probable cause affidavit.
“Shortly after, [Scott] started receiving a barrage of phone calls and text messages from unknown people,” the report says. “Some of the calls showed only phone numbers; others had the caller’s name listed. [Scott] stated all of the callers were unknown to him.”
The officer claims that Scott then looked at Kelley’s Instagram account, where he realized that she had shared his phone number.
The Instagram post named someone called “dimples” — “a known reference to” Scott,” the report says.
“He received about 24 calls and multiple texts in the first ten minutes from the time of the first call,” the officer continued. “He stated that the phone number is to his personal phone, which he uses to communicate with his kids, and that this is causing a major disruption for him.”

Law enforcement proceeded to go to Kelley’s residence, where she “refused to open the front door and instead spoke to me through an open front porch window.”
When asked about her Instagram post revealing Scott’s phone number, Kelley reportedly did not respond and “began making counter-accusations.”
“I advised Kelley that I had probable cause to arrest her for the offense and asked her to come outside so I could take her into custody,” the officer said, according to the report. “I waited on the porch for over an hour while Kelley changed clothes, as she was in a bathrobe when I spoke to her. Eventually, she came outside onto the front porch. I arrested her for the offense.”
Kelley is currently being held on $5,000 bond and has been charged with two class B misdemeanors for electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and electronic communications harassment.
If she posts bail and is released, she has been instructed not to “consume any alcohol or narcotic drug or other controlled substance unless prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner.” She must also “participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavior, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.”
She would also have to avoid contact with witnesses who may testify regarding the offenses. It also states that her pretrial release conditions prevent her from posting on social media until further court order.

Prior to her arrest, Kelley documented police presence at her home on her Instagram Stories.
“The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why,” she wrote. “Deputy Norton said I must comply and I will.”
“I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing,” she added. “I am so scared. So confused.”
Kelley and Scott share sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 12, as well as daughter Lucy, 11. The former couple were married for 21 years before she announced they were parting ways in June. He filed for divorce on June 10.
Earlier this week, it was reported that a Utah judge granted a new temporary stipulated agreement between the couple.
According to a revised agreement — filed Aug. 22 after an Aug. 4 review hearing — and reviewed by PEOPLE, the judge upheld a previous decision from July 15, which awarded Scott temporary sole physical custody of their three children, while Kelley was granted “liberal” supervised parenting time.
The biggest addition to the temporary stipulated agreement is that the Wolf children will each have a safe-harbor therapist.
Neither parent will be allowed to interfere with or inquire into the content of the therapeutic process, and they are barred from subpoenaing any information from the therapist or requesting that the therapist participate in any litigation.
The ultimate goal of the agreement is for Kelley to eventually regain unsupervised parenting time, which remains unchanged.
