Selena Gomez is glowing in Cabo as she celebrates her final days as a fiancée.
The “It Ain’t Me” singer, 32, gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at her bachelorette party in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where she was joined by her closest girlfriends for a weekend filled with sunshine, laughter, and love. Among the group were Racquelle Stevens, Ashley Cook, Courtney Lopez, Connar Franklin Carpenter and her cousin Priscilla DeLeon.
Selena documented the festivities on Instagram on August 28, showing off a series of bride-worthy outfits. She stunned in a long-sleeved mini dress embellished with florals, a pearl-adorned halter mini paired with a “bride to be” veil, and a chic white bikini with a matching cover-up.
The trip itself was nothing short of a classic bachelorette weekend. Activities included candlelit dinners, lounging on the beach, a movie night featuring Wedding Crashers, a yacht day stocked with drinks and plenty of dancing. Inside their rented villa, her friends decorated with balloons spelling out “BRIDE” and “MRS LEVIN,” and even customized “S+B” merch to honor Selena and her fiancé, Benny Blanco. At one point, the group waved cutouts of Benny’s face, making sure the groom-to-be was present in spirit.
Her inner circle took to social media to share their excitement as well. “Still recovering. The best time,” Priscilla wrote in the comments, while Connar gushed, “The prettiest bride to be there ever was… loved celebrating you.” Connar also called it “the most special trip celebrating our girl” when she reposted photos to her Instagram Stories.
Benny himself seemed just as thrilled. The music producer dropped a heart eyes emoji, a teary face, and a red heart under Selena’s post, showing his approval. He was also busy celebrating his own bachelor weekend in Las Vegas, indulging in spa treatments and big group dinners at Resorts World. “I’ll never forget this weekend,” he shared on his Instagram Stories.
A source told Us Weekly that Selena’s celebration was everything she wanted. “It was a very fun but chill weekend,” the insider explained. “These girls have been close to her for over a decade now, so it meant the world to her to celebrate these moments with them.” The source added that her friends “went out of their way to make Selena feel really special,” even placing photos of Benny throughout the villa and planning games in his honor.
“It was your typical, traditional bachelorette and what Selena wanted,” the source continued. “She was radiating all weekend and was so happy to have downtime with her girlfriends. Selena is a simple girl, and the little things go a long way with her. She truly exudes happiness when she talks about Benny. She is very excited to start this next chapter with him.”
Gomez and Blanco, 37, confirmed their engagement in December 2024 after about 18 months of dating. At the time, Selena shared a photo of her engagement ring with the caption: “Forever begins now.”
