Who Is Noah Wyle’s Wife? All About Sara Wyle

Noah Wyle and his wife, Sara Wyle, have been together for over a decade.

After meeting in 2010, the couple married in June 2014. Their daughter, Frances, was born a year later in June 2015. The ER alum is also a father to son Owen and daughter Auden from his first marriage to Tracy Warbin.

The Emmy-nominated Pitt star opened up about the toll it took on him to film the hit HBO Max series, and how his wife supported him.

“I was so looking forward to that release both for myself and the character,” he told The Hollywood Reporter of his character’s panic attack in episode 13. “The whole season has been building to that point — I was so excited to shoot it. I came to work … that was one of my better days.”

Wyle recalled, “I was really asking a lot of my family during those latter episodes, to be very patient with whatever mood I was going to come home in, because it was easier for me to stay in it than try to come out of it and be normal and then go back to work and get back in it.”

He added of Sara, “I just didn’t leave it until we finished, and then as soon as we finished, my wife sent me off for three days to go sit on a beach.”

Sara has made acting appearances on television shows, including Californication and Nip/Tuck, and was even directed by her husband when she was on a 2021 episode of Leverage: Redemption, which Noah stars in.

She has also been by Noah’s side for red carpet events, including the 2025 Creative Arts Emmys in September 2025, and participated with him in the SAG-AFTRA strikes in September 2023.

She met Noah in 2010

While Noah and Sara haven’t revealed much about how they first met, their love story dates back to 2010.

In December 2019, the actor shared a photo of himself and Sara looking at each other with their noses touching, writing on Instagram: “9 years ago this week my life turned into a love story. And it keeps getting better. #wcw.”

Noah and Sara tied the knot on June 7, 2014, at their home in California.

“It was beautiful. It was great. It was a very small ceremony – we have this little farm in California,” the actor announced on The View following their nuptials.

He added, “We got married on the ranch in front of the barn and then took a honeymoon. We just got back from Paris, which was incredible. Very romantic!”

In June 2024, the actor posted a photo from their wedding day on Instagram in honor of their 10-year anniversary, writing, “My love, thanks for the best 10 years of my life. And for being so slow that when you run that I can always catch you.”

Sara credits him for being the “strength” of their family

Sara often posts dedications to Noah on her Instagram for special occasions, like his birthday in June 2020 when she opened up about him being “courageous and kind.”

“Happy Birthday to my wonderful husband! He finally joined Instagram so now I can gush over him publicly on his birthday, like I always wanted to,” she began the birthday tribute.

Sara continued, “Funny, charming, wicked smart and crazy hot. There is no one I would rather stand beside on this wild journey. Thank you for being the strength and love that our family thrives under.”

She shares a daughter with Noah

Sara and Noah welcomed their daughter, Frances Harper, on June 22, 2015.

The mom celebrated Frances’ first birthday with a sweet Instagram caption, writing: “One year ago today, I met someone who would change my life forever. This little being has taught me new ways to love and grow as a human, that I didn’t know were possible.”

“Thank you Frances for bringing me on this strange and wonderful journey called motherhood. Happy Birthday, my little love,” she continued.

Noah is also a father to son Owen, born Nov. 9, 2002, and daughter Auden, born Oct. 15, 2005, who he shares with ex-wife Tracy.

Since becoming a father, Noah has changed how he selects what roles he wants to take on.

“My tastes changed radically after my son was born,” he told PEOPLE in March 2025. “After I was a father, I suddenly was very conscious of the things that my kids would be watching their father do or say.”

“You know, I’d rather play good guys,” he added.
