Adult film actor Austin Wolf has been sentenced to serve 19 years in prison on two counts related to child sexual exploitation.
Federal prosecutors announced in a press release on Monday, September 29, that the adult film star, whose real name is Justin Heath Smith, has received a sentence.
“Justin Heath Smith’s crimes against children are horrible,” U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Jay Clayton said in a statement, per the release. “He targeted kids as young as seven, and every New Yorker wants him and those like him off our streets for as long as possible and never again near our children.”
Clayton continued, “The women and men of our Office, and our law enforcement partners, are laser focused on ridding our streets of those who sexually exploit our children. The message to predators from our Office is clear: there is no place for you in New York other than prison.”

Smith, 44, was initially charged with receipt and distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography, according to People. He pleaded guilty to enticing a minor to engage in sexual activity during a June court hearing in Manhattan.
In addition to being sentenced to 19 years in prison, Smith was also sentenced to 10 years of supervised release and ordered to pay a $40,000 fine.
Smith was initially arrested in April 2024 after federal authorities raided his Manhattan apartment. Authorities discovered “approximately 1,291 files containing child pornography, including around 75 files showing infants or toddlers and some videos depicting the violent rape of young children,” per the release.
According to the release, prosecutors said Smith repeatedly preyed on and tried to sexually exploit minor victims beginning in 2023. The release also explained that Smith and another adult male, who’s referred to as “Male-1,” met with a 15-year-old minor in 2023 or 2024. “During which Male-1 performed oral sex on the minor while Smith masturbated,” prosecutors said.
“Smith also had sex at least three times with an individual whom Smith believed was 15 years old, but who was in fact an adult,” the statement continued. “Smith recorded one such encounter, a threesome with Male-1.”
Additionally, Smith attempted “to meet with other minors to engage in sexual activity,” who were 12 and 14 years old.

Smith and another male, referred to as “Male-2,” met “to sexually abuse a purported nine-year-old child that Male-2 claimed to be babysitting” in January 2024. However, Male-2 called it off before Smith entered his apartment.
One month later, Smith “made plans to meet a purported 14-year-old for sex, including discussing the specific sex act that the purported minor would perform on Smith.” Despite making the plan, prosecutors said “the planned encounter did not ultimately occur.”
Smith “solicited child sexual abuse material from at least one minor and multiple individuals who purported to be minors,” according to prosecutors, who alleged he communicated inappropriately and exchanged sexually explicit images with boys who were 12 and 15 years old.
The release also shared that Smith planned to meet a man with a 7-year-old child, “who offered to make the child available to Smith for sexual abuse.” However, federal authorities raided and arrested him before the encounter took place.
