After confirming JK was Dobby’s “master,” Bowen said, “Why of course sir,” before becoming shocked as he wasn’t supposed to reveal that.
He then says, “Bad Dobby,” and bangs his head on the desk as one side of his outfit comes undone.
Bowen continued with his next lines before realizing what happened. “Oh, Dobby’s come undone,” he says as he lifts the garment and places it over his shoulder.
“I’m sorry, my fatigues are not well made,” he improvises.
He then points out how “Master Rowling” has been inclusive, including when “Dumbledore was gay after the books came out. And when Hermione was Black, only on Broadway. And when Cho Chang was, hmmm. Was Cho Chang Asian? Dobby can’t remember if the character named Cho Chang was Asian or not.”
