Blake Lively‘s team is denying damaging new claims made by Justin Baldoni‘s former WME agent Danny Greenberg in a new deposition.
The legal battle between the 38-year-old actress and her It Ends With Us co-star and director is ongoing. Justin‘s agent has asserted that Blake‘s legal filings behind-the-scenes of the Colleen Hoover adaptation were a form of “extortion” to gain control over the movie.

Her team shared a new a statement with E! News in response to these assertions on Tuesday (October 14).
“The court already dismissed their so-called ‘taking over a movie’ claim, and this cherry-picked deposition quote from Baldoni’s prior agent before he was dropped from WME adds nothing new. In fact, the court’s dismissal even assumed their allegations were true for the sake of argument—and still held that they don’t amount to a valid claim under the law.”
Blake‘s rep went on to say, “This is just a recycled distraction that has nothing to do with the actual sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit Baldoni and the Wayfarer Defendants are facing.”
A recent report revealed that the Gossip Girl alum was offered a contract that would have granted her six figures if she received awards attention for the 2024 movie.
