Jennifer Lopez isn’t holding back — and her exes are not happy about it.
The superstar made some eyebrow-raising remarks about her former husbands during a recent interview, and insiders say the fallout behind the scenes has been explosive. According to multiple reports, several of Lopez’s ex-husbands are “livid” over what they believe is a total rewrite of history.
Lopez — who has been married four times and engaged six — spoke candidly about her romantic past during an appearance on The Howard Stern Show. “It’s not that I’m not lovable — it’s that they’re not capable,” she said in an October 2025 interview.
The comment apparently didn’t sit well with her most recent ex, Ben Affleck. The pair rekindled their early-2000s romance and tied the knot in 2022, only to divorce in 2025. “Ben’s livid,” an insider told Rob Shuter for #ShuterScoop. “He feels like she’s rewriting history. He gave her everything — love, stability, a second chance — and she’s out here saying no one ever loved her? It’s insulting.”
Another former friend of the couple added their own sharp take: “Jennifer’s incapable of loving anyone but herself. She’s the star, and everyone else is background.”
Sources claim Lopez isn’t exactly losing sleep over the reaction. “She knew this would sting,” one insider said. “But J.Lo’s not in the business of protecting feelings anymore. She’s telling her truth — even if it leaves a few broken hearts behind.”
Her first husband, Ojani Noa, also lashed out publicly. Noa, who was married to Lopez from 1997 to 1998, went off in a fiery Instagram Stories rant obtained by TMZ. “Stop putting us down. Stop putting me down with your victim card. The problem is not us. Not me. The problem is you. You’re the one who couldn’t keep it in your pants,” he wrote.
“You have been ‘loved’ a few times. You’ve been married 4 times. And have had countless relationships in between. You decided to lie, to cheat on me … You begged me to keep the marriage intact to avoid bad press,” Noa continued, adding that he “never cheated” and was “too good of a man for” her.
Noa has a history of criticizing Lopez, despite claiming in a 2024 Daily Mail interview that he has “no bad feelings” toward his ex.
After Noa, Lopez went on to marry dancer Cris Judd (2001–2003) and singer Marc Anthony (2004–2014), with whom she shares 17-year-old twins Max and Emme. Her high-profile rekindled romance with Affleck made headlines around the world — and their split in 2025 was equally headline-grabbing.
Life & Style has reached out to Lopez’s reps for comment but did not immediately hear back.
