Love Island USA Season 6 alum Kaylor Martin is getting brutally honest about the health battle she’s been fighting behind the scenes.
The 23-year-old reality star took to TikTok on November 11 to open up about years of chronic kidney problems that have taken a serious toll on her day-to-day life.
“I feel like shit, and I’m not trying to victimize myself or anything like that, but I have been down in the dumps for so long, since I was little,” Kaylor began her emotional video. “I’ve dealt with kidney infections, kidney stones, stents, surgeries, and it actually affects my day-to-day life. Like every single day I have some type of issue, menstrual cycle issues related to my kidneys, refluxing, stomach problems, peeing problems, and I’m just so over it.”
The reality star didn’t sugarcoat just how exhausting the condition has been. “It’s like, enough is enough,” she continued. “I’m like, I’m so over these kidney issues and I know there’s a lot worse situations, but sucks to be 23 and have health issues. Like it really f****** sucks.”

Fans quickly flooded her comments with messages of love and support, thanking her for being so open about something so personal.
