Erika Jayne is speaking to her divorce from estranged husband Tom Girardi.
The 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star made an appearance on Watch What Happens Live on Thursday (December 18), and was asked a fan question – “Why haven’t you filed for divorce?”

“Oh, I have! You guys have got it so wrong,” she responded. “Yes, of course I have. I filed for separation.”
Erika first filed for divorce from Tom back in November 2020, right before they were sued, and he eventually was sentenced to prison.
She also addressed why the divorce has yet to go through.
“It’s very difficult to get someone who’s incompetent to divorce,” Erika noted. “I have to ask the conservator. It’s just not that easy. You guys, just stop with all that.”
A few years ago, Erika opened up about the divorce and explained that he kept pushing her “further and further out.”
