The Olympic champion revealed in 2025 that she has had multiple procedures done including a lower blepharoplasty, breast augmentation, and an earlobe reconstruction.
In an interview with People, Biles spoke about why she chose to get a lower blepharoplasty. “Every time I would go to a shoot, they’re like, ‘Oh, can we put some [eye masks] on her?’ And I was like, ‘Oh, baby, I had 12 hours [of sleep] last night, these aren’t going away. These are just hereditary,’ So it’s something that I wanted to fix.”
In November 2025, Biles confirmed she had a breast augmentation.
“It’s just something that I notice[d], obviously a little bit more because I live in this body,” she said. “It’s [all about] feeling good about yourself and loving yourself, and I’ve always been very vocal about that.”
