Sylvester Stallone and wife Jennifer Flavin are sharing an inside look at their glamorous Florida home.
The Rocky star, 79, and the Serious Skincare founder, 56, opened the doors to their sophisticated Palm Beach estate for Veranda’s September/October cover story. Before the power couple made the waterfront abode their permanent residence two years ago — following their big move out of California — they had difficulty finding the perfect space for their family, they explained.
“We looked at some of the houses built after Covid, and they were monstrosities,” Stallone told the outlet. “Monumental structures, but none of them embraced you or made you feel warm. You felt as though you were in a hotel lobby.”
When they finally came across their current 2014 build, they turned to celebrity interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard to help them make it a cozy space that also reflected a sense of “laid-back glamour,” per the outlet.

Flavin notes that she was drawn to the home’s “livable size,” making it an ideal fit for their large family. The married couple of 28 years share three grown daughters: Sophia, 28, Sistine, 27, and Scarlet, 23. The Rambo actor is also dad to two sons with ex-wife Sasha Czack: Seargeoh, 44, and Sage, who died in July 2012 at 36.
The property is the only home in Palm Beach with access to a private beach, according to the outlet.
Along with this desirable feature, Flavin notes how the home’s high ceilings and expansive windows made it especially attractive for showcasing Stallone’s impressive art collection.
The actor, who began collecting at 16 years old, wanted to make sure the home had some uncluttered spaces so he could easily rearrange his artwork when he felt like a change.
“I consider it like a wardrobe,” he said of his art collection. “With art, you can take a piece that you’ve become…maybe not blasé about, but you’re not exactly overwhelmed by it anymore. You move that piece to another room — now you’re invigorated! It’s like furniture: messing around, moving it around, constantly restimulating our minds.”

With this in mind, Bullard, who also worked with the couple on their former Hidden Hills, Calif., mansion, got to work, and made sure the home radiated “a loungy vibe” that was perfect for their family.

Despite the sophisticated feel their home evokes, Flavin notes that no matter how elegant they wanted a room to look, their main focus was to make sure it always felt like home to them.
“I’ve always made every house we’ve ever had a home,” she said. “I don’t care if someone spills something. I can replace the rug or get it cleaned. We have three dogs and a cat and lots of children — nothing we own is precious.”
She added, “Our family is precious, but the material things are not precious.”

Stallone and Flavin reportedly sold their final West Coast home, a Hidden Hills compound, for $17 million in Oct. 2023, according to Robb Report, after first listing it for $22.5 million in Dec. 2022, per the Los Angeles Times.
Before that they called a 21,000 sq. ft. Beverly Park mansion home, but sold it to Adele for a reported $58 million. Stallone and Flavin originally listed it for $110 million and later cut down the asking price to $85 million, before closing the deal in 2022
