- Quinton “Rampage” Jackson spoke out again in defense of his son Raja regarding the Aug. 23 attack on wrestler Stuart Smith
- Jackson said he is “sick of being quiet and letting all the low IQ people fall for clickbait” regarding his son’s part in the attack, which left Smith unconscious
- Jackson said Smith, a veteran suffering from PTSD, is “lucky” he wasn’t there “when he hit my son over the head”
Former UFC star Quinton “Rampage” Jackson says the backlash against his son Raja “has gone too far” in a new statement addressing Raja’s attack on wrestler Stuart “Syko Stu” Smith.
Jackson, 47, took to Instagram with a lengthy message in defense of his 25-year-old son Raja — who fans are calling for legal action against after he brutally attacked Smith, 39, in an independent wrestling event on Aug. 23 — alongside a screenshot of a news post reporting that Raja had been booked for an event “despite brutal attack on Syko Stu.”
The former UFC star said he’s “sick of being quiet and letting all the low IQ people fall for clickbait” in the post on Monday, Sept. 1.
“Yes my son took things too far, and I’m pissed at him for being a POS and the way he handled it,” Quinton continued, “But if psycho Stu wasn’t drunk and wouldn’t have hit my son over the head with a (real beer can) while he was live streaming on his own stream then Knox wouldn’t have felt like they had to make things right by letting Raja get his ‘get back’ in the ring!”

Jackson said if his son “would’ve just went to the police when the beer can incident happened” they could have had “the whole event” shut down “and he could’ve sued” Smith.
“But no my son is not as smart as I’d liked for him to be,” he continued, revealing that his family is now receiving “racist threats because of all the misinformation being posted so content creators can get paid from viewers!”
He complained that “people actually think my son just snuck in a ring” and fought Smith “without permission to be there,” telling readers to “get smart” in the post.
Jackson then claimed that the event was “staged” but Raja “took it too far,” adding, “He only shook his hand and accepted psycho Stu’s drunken apology because they said he could get in the storyline!”
According to the former UFC star, his son “was told he could ‘f— him up,'” and continued, “i have witnesses that says this isn’t the 1st time that psycho Stu had done some drunk s— back stage [sic] to a fan!”
Jackson went on to defend his son against claims that he “attacked an innocent military vet with PTSD,” as fans pointed out that Stuart has spoken publicly about how wrestling helped him overcome his trauma from the military, and added, “like my son knew everything about the man that came up from behind him and hit him then asked him to sell it!”
“I have other kids to protect, and i don’t take kindly to threats,” Jackson continued, adding that he’s “not scared of prison” or “dying for” his kids.
“And calling me names won’t hurt my feelings! My son should face the consequences for going too far, he knows better! That’s why he didn’t tell me anything about the story line,” Jackson said.

He went on to say that Smith is “lucky” he wasn’t there “when he hit my son over the head with a beer can the day after he got a concussion from sparring the day before,” in his lengthy post.
“I wouldn’t have cared if a bunch of pro wrestlers would’ve jumped me.. I’m a father 1st. Play stupid games win stupid prizes,” he added. “Let’s all learn a lesson, keep your damn hands to yourself. If you get paid to do fake fighting don’t disrespect people that do the shit for real! Now i put myself in this shit! Dm me now!”

The incident between Raja and Smith happened on Saturday, Aug. 23, when Raja was seen on a livestream punching Smith multiple times in the head at the Knokx Pro Wrestling event in Los Angeles.
In the disturbing footage, Raja was seen entering the ring and picking up Smith above his head before slamming him hard on the mat. He then appeared to punch Smith in the head multiple times as he lay motionless on the ground. Raja was eventually held back by a group of other wrestlers in the ring.
