For over 30 years, Glamour‘s Women of the Year package has spotlighted the women—and organizations and groups—who are changing our world for the better and inspiring us with their empowering, impactful stories. From activists to athletes to actors, the WOTYs, as we affectionately call them, represent the best of all things Glamour. But the magazine stories are just one part of Women of the Year, which all culminates in the annual awards, and what would an event be without a red carpet?
