If you’re heading to the storefront for a luxury brand like Louis Vuitton or Dior, you probably have fashion on your mind.
You likely expect to see smooth leather handbags and sleek high-heeled shoes perfectly placed across the shelves.
But what about a skim milk latte, an artfully crafted pastry, or even a perfectly cooked burger?
While “designer” and “dinner” may not traditionally go hand-in-hand, the luxury fashion market is entering a new era, one where success is measured by more than how many handbags you sell.
From New York City to Milan, here are some of the swankiest designer fashion restaurants serving up luxury right now.
Le Café Louis Vuitton
Le Café Louis Vuitton is located on the fourth floor of the flagship Louis Vuitton store in New York City. According to their website, the menu “centers around luxury snacking” and aims to “transpose French savoir-faire to the lively energy of New York City.” Truffle eggs, lobster rolls, and foie gras sliders are just a few of the bites available on the fashion restaurant’s menu, many of which bear the signature Louis Vuitton monogram on them, making for a totally Instagram-worthy meal. Having opened just one year ago in November of 2024, the hype is still extremely high. Reservations are available online through Resy, but usually fill up within minutes of being released at midnight 28 days in advance of the booking date, making it one of the toughest reservations in the city.
Dior Café
The Dior Café is located next to the Dior store in the Miami Design District in Miami, Florida. Dior’s iconic Toile de Jouy print can be seen throughout the restaurant, from the plates to the seat cushions. They do not take reservations, meaning you’ll have to try your luck at walking in Monday through Saturday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm or Sunday, 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm. As a cafe, they specialize in coffee, pastries, and desserts, so be sure to bring your sweet tooth! It’s the perfect spot to get a caffeinated pick-me-up during a long day of luxury shopping till you drop.
Blue Box Café by Daniel Boulud

If you’ve ever wanted to have breakfast at Tiffany’s, then you’re in luck! The Blue Box Café by Daniel Boulud is located inside The Landmark, Tiffany’s 5th Avenue flagship store in New York City, and gives you the opportunity to do just that. You can also make reservations for afternoon tea or choose to order from the all-day à la carte menu if breakfast doesn’t suit your fancy. The entire restaurant, from the paint on the walls down to the plates, is decorated in Tiffany’s iconic blue hue to give the illusion of dining inside of a classic Tiffany’s jewelry box. Reservations can be made through Resy, but they fill up quickly upon release.
Emporio Armani Ristorante e Caffè
The Emporio Armani Ristorante e Caffè is located in Milan, Italy. The restaurant opened up back in 2000 and has been serving patrons a classic Italian menu ever since. They have since expanded to have a series of 26 cafes and restaurants around the world in other cities like Paris, New York, Dubai, and more. At the Milan location, the restaurant portion is open for lunch only, while the cafe and lounge section is open all day. They are also known for their live performances, where they invite a variety of acts from DJs to jazz trios to entertain patrons as they dine. The Emporio Armani Ristorante e Caffè takes reservations via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Gucci Osteria
The original Gucci Osteria is located in Florence, Italy, the birthplace of the House of Gucci. They also have locations in Beverly Hills, Tokyo, and Seoul. The menu consists of a series of playful takes on classic and contemporary Italian dishes, with international influence. You can make reservations online according to which type of pre-fixe menu options you would like. They have options for two courses or three courses, each with or without dessert. They also have an option for a completely predetermined tasting menu determined by the chef.
The Polo Bar
The Polo Bar by Ralph Lauren is located in New York City and is known as one of the city’s hardest reservations to snag. They only take reservations by phone 30 days in advance of your desired booking date, and people are known to be left on hold for hours trying to get a spot. The restaurant serves American cuisine that is said to be “inspired by Ralph Lauren’s personal favorites.” Their most iconic dish is their signature Polo Bar burger, which is consistently ranked amongst the best burgers in NYC. If your attempts to get a reservation don’t work out but you’re still looking to eat and drink in Ralph Lauren style in NYC, try grabbing a coffee and a pastry at one of their Ralph’s Coffee locations, no reservations required.
