I’m Adding Target’s $30 White Skirt to My Summer Closet

I recently spent a week in London and was admittedly naive to the fluctuating weather of an English summer. While I had enough linen pants and breezy dresses to get me through the trip, I couldn’t help but notice all the girls were donning a similar white maxi skirt that seemed to effortlessly balance the changing temperatures.
